Freestate Mower Repair

Went well; initially had parts for 1/2 snow blowers made a call picked up part locally and repaired both. Had problems with one of the blowers called within 30 day warranty. Eventually got them to come out and replace parts on the second one that was still experiencing problems all covered by warranty.

He did an outstanding job. He came the same day, gave me a quote, ordered the parts and fixed the snow blower the following week, after the parts arrive.

It went GREAT! I called Steven and arranged for an appointment. Within two days he came to the house and discovered the problem, a broken cable. He also looked at a second mower and we determined that due to its age, we would not fix it. A week later the cable was in and he came back to the house and installed it. He also scrapped the grass from under the mower deck, changed the oil and the spark plug, cleaned the foam air cleaner and sharpened the blade ... all within 30 minutes. He saved me the time and effort of lifting the mower into my car trunk and running up to the shop and back home again. His work was first rate, done right the fist time and his bill was fair. I highly recommend this business.

Steve Walter, the technician, promptly contacted me to set up a schedule. He arrived a little after the scheduled timeframe, however, he had advised me early that morning that he would be running a little behind. He was very friendly and easy to talk too. He quickly diagnosed a problem with the carburetor and fixed it. Additionally, he sharpened my blades and gave me some tips on maintaining my mower. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I would hire again.

This gentleman was very professional, he was timely, he knows his job, he doesn't repair anything that does not need repairing. He deal with whats the problem and he fixed that. He knows his job very very well. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Steve came out the same day, had the hoist on his truck, had the belt on his truck (even tho the machine is at least 10 years old), and he replaced it, checked how it runs, and charged me less that it would have been--by far--if someone had to come, take my tractor into his shop, fix it, and redeliver it!! Note: I called Sears first, and there would have been no appointments for 4 weeks! Then I got smart and used Angie's list. WONDERFUL to have it fixed now, which is when I need it to be working. AND Steve is a nice family man.

The company was very quick to respond to my initial message regarding their services, and once I spoke with them regarding the problems I'd been having, their technician called me soon afterwards. He (Steve) was able to add me to his list of stops that same day. He showed up at the anticipated time, took care of all the issues quickly (everything needed was on his truck) and made sure I didn't have any questions before leaving. Steve was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I am VERY pleased with this company, and will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Steve fixed it up. The best part is that he comes to your house and the mower doesn't have to be loaded up and taken somewhere. Great job.

The lawn more is working fine. The power washer has not been really tested. But he work on it and address what may be a concern about the unit cutting off when pressure switch was engaged.

It went pretty good he came out took it apart put it back together cleaned everything clean the carburetor and it started right up he worked on it for approximately one hour and now my lawn mower works

Steve did a great job. He found the fuel line was old and falling apart and was blogging float. He installed new fuel line and cleaned the carburetor. It works great again. Steve is very easy to talk to and knows his stuff. I highly recommend him.

The problem with my lawnmower was quickly identified and repaired in under an hour, for a fair price. I haven't had a problem since. It's small business, so you may not get an immediate answer when you call/email to make an appointment.
