"This was a drawn out interaction where I had to follow up many times on emails I sent to remind them to respond, and call numerous times. I didn't like the advice they gave and felt they weren't willing to come up with an alternative. I guess they saw me as a difficult customer but I just didn't like what they were suggesting as it was out of my price range and not really my taste at all.
I was disappointed that really not a single idea came out of much effort I put into designing the room online, writing up my ideas, etc. I felt it was a huge waste of time.
