They are knowledgeable about tires and their recommendation was based on good information. They did a good job of mounting and balancing the tires and I have had no issues with them at all. The waiting area is a typical old couch and a pile of magazines and a TV. Not much for amenities, but it's just a tire shop. When I arrived to have the work done, they were out to lunch so they didn't get started right away (but I thought I had an appointment for that time) - so it ended up taking a little longer than I had hoped, but I guess everybody has to eat. Prices are hard to beat, and they have a great selection of tires that they can order and have in a day or two.
