I submitted a request looking for someone to cut my small front yard every two weeks. Although Quasney and Son Landscaping was not one of the companies that came up, I received an invitation from them through Angi. When I accepted the invite on 5/23/25, Andrew from Quasney and Son Landscaping called me. We discussed the work that I was looking to have done. He inquired about the backyard, but I told him I was only looking to have the front yard cut because I didn't know if the backyard could be accessed. He told me he could do the yard for $35 and that he could get out there that day. I agreed to the price, gave him the exact address, and described to him which unit was mine. I asked him what forms of payments he accepted, and he told me all different forms, and that he could send me an invoice in which I could then pay whichever way suited me. I received an invoice via email on 5/24/25. I asked my cousin to go by the house and check the yard because I wasn't in the area. My cousin couldn't get over there right away and I didn't want to seem like I was withholding payment, so I went on and paid the invoice on 5/25/25. I didn't notice that the invoice said I had until 6/8/25 to pay. My cousin went by the house on 5/27/25 and informed me the grass was still in need of being cut. I called Andrew on Wednesday and asked him when he was planning to do the yard? He told me that it was done. I asked him did he go to the right house because I was told the yard was still in need of cutting? He told me went to the second one like I said and that he had even talked to one of my neighbors. I said you went to 1856? Second from the left? He said yes. I said, ok, let me verify something and I will call you back tomorrow. I asked my cousin to go back over there and to send me a picture so that I could see it, which he did. I called Andrew back on Thursday and informed him that if he cut a yard, he did not cut my yard and that it was still in need of being done. He told me he was in the area (or not far) and could head over there and do it. He said he would send me a picture when it was done. I told him I would send him a text because he was talking to me on my house phone. When we hung up, I sent him a text so that he would have my cell phone number. I waited, but never received a picture nor did I receive a phone call or message saying it was done. I sent a text that evening asking if he made it over there. I got no reply. I tried calling, I did not get an answer. I went by the house Saturday, 5/31/25. The yard still was not done. I called him and told him and left a message saying I was there and asked if he wanted to meet me so that he could see which unit is the right one, no reply. I sent a text, no reply. He basically stopped communicating with me as of Thursday. I tried calling one last time on 6/2/25 before reaching out to Angi and I did not get an answer.

This company responded to my inquiry quickly and was able to provide a reasonable price. Fast and efficient and the job was completed to my satisfaction!
