Maryland Rebath

My experience with ReBath was very positive. While I think for the product the price is just ok, the service was very good. Our installer was Ronald and he was fantastic. He was clearly very skilled at what he does. There were a few obstacles that he was faced with during the installation but he handled everything great and really took his time to make sure everything looked the way it should. I had a new tub, surround, toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, vinyl floor, and exhaust fan installed. ReBath is lucky to have him working for them.

The guy Ronald was very professional and polite. He did arrive a little late the first day however worked late both days to make sure everything was on time. I love the new shower and would use them again.

They actually came to our house early (which was a good thing) and completed it the same day. They were respectful, friendly and clean and the result was beautiful!

The initial contact with Re-Bath was great.  Our salesperson Matt was wonderful.  He explained everything, ask questions and there was no strong sales push.  We explained that Re-Bath was the 1st company that we had come out to give us a price and would like to think about and discuss before making a decision.Again no strong sales push. About 4-5 days later we contacted and said we would like to go with Re-Bath.  Matt made another appointment with us to verify choices, and he did some more measuring. Said it would be about 6 weeks for the wall surrounds to come in. We received a call in 4 weeks that the surround was in and they would call to schedule installation. Appointment was made and we were told installer would contact to let us know when to expect.  Long story short, we were told installer would be here at 9 on a Monday morning. Did not arrive until 10:30, which was ok since he worked (and kicked butt) until 7 pm.  Unfortunately he was an hour late the next day, which originally would not have been an issue since he was almost complete the installation by 11.  I wish at this point he had someone else helping, as he totally messed up the finishing work. It took another 1/2 day and another day of about an hour or so to finish the job.  Unfortunately the last couple of days kept this from being an excellent choice. BUT with that being said, we would recommend Re-Bath and/or use again. We love the finished work and have many jealous family and friends who thought we were crazy for going this route for our remodel.

It went very well - except that after all was done we had a leak on the ceiling in the downstairs apartment-

Re-bath came right out and fixed the leak - we are still waiting for it to be completed ( it does take time - he had to do some dry wall repair) but I am very happy the way we were treated and the great response.

I had settled on the house in August, but wasn't moving in until October, so I knew it was the perfect time to redo the bath. The salesman was very professional, so much better than the man from BathFitter who spent his entire time bashing the competitors. 
My choices made, I ordered the unit and scheduled installation for October 1st. Installation went well, according to my dad (who was there because I had to work). I guess the installer had quite a bit of a problem getting the tub in, because my father said he had to start over at one point. 
Now, the reasons I'm only giving them a "B". When the initial install was done, a hole was left in my living room ceiling. This is from where the installer was a little too vigorous in trying to get the tub in, for the tub drain was pushed right through. He did slap some patch on it, but there's now a permanent mark/bulge were there was not one before. Second, I've had to call them back 3 different times for problems with the tub. The first time was for a deep scratch left in the side. They tried to say I had done it, but it was before I was even living in the house and the tub had not yet been used - so it had to have been from installation. The second two times were from the caulking pulling away from the corner shelves. The second time I called for that issue it took them 6 weeks and repeated phone calls to finally return. Again, I don't feel this was any fault of mine, as the caulk cured for over 2 weeks before the tun was used.

I was incredibly pleased. It was lower than all the other estimates we got. They did a wonderful job. It is a beautiful shower and they did a great job. It was one guy. He was a young fellow and he said he had been working for them for 9 years. He was very personable, very efficient and he knew what he was doing. He was very professional and he was very good. The price seemed ridiculous but it was worth it.

Done in one day. The contractors were very professional and polite. There have been no problems (e.g. leaking pipes, poor install, or shifting of installed walls). I would recommended them.

Installer came promptly when scheduled and performed the entire job in one day.  The installation was excellent and cleanup was done promptly afterwards. 
This is our second  ReBath job after another was done in 2012 in another bathroom, also to our complete satisfaction.  The 2012 job involved removal of an existing tub, installing a new ReBath shower base with new glass sliding doors, new plumbing fixture, new floor and new ReBath walls for the entire bathroom.  This job was pretty complicated since vanity and toilet had to also be removed and reset.  Job quality was excellent and we would definitely call ReBath again.

Installer knew what he was doing, Materials quality is excellent. System seems to be very well designed.

Arrived on time. did work contracted for- had small leak under sink which I called about and they came same day and fixed. We are satisfied with the work.

Excellent job.  Due to larger jobs in progress and some staff shortages the owner came out in person to complete the job.

Immediately after the install, I started noticing that water was leaking heavily into my apartment bathroom when my tenant used the shower. As it turned out, the overflow was not connected. I immediately called to schedule someone to come out to fix the problem. They never showed up. I called back and rescheduled for Nov 24, 2010 at 8:30am. At 8:33am, I received a phone call stating that it was not the installers fault this time. The office manager stated that she had forgotten to print out the tickets, and AGAIN, no one showed up. I rescheduled for the third time for December 17 between 12 and 2 pm. No one had shown up by 2pm, so I called back. The office manager stated that she was on the line giving the installer directions. He finally arrived at 2:40pm, and fixed the problem.
On December 26, 2011, I called to have a problem with the toilet taken care of. I had been hearing water dripping inside the walls on occasion, but could not find a leak. My tenant stated that she had noticed the toilet leaking on the floor from around the bottom of the bowl. Since Re-bath had installed the toilet, I called them to fix the problem. I was told that the "Lifetime Warranty" only covered their products, and not the installation, and that they would not fix the problem.

The company had scheduling problems, but called promptly to reschedule for the next day. When installer arrived, he assessed the route he would need to take things out and in and provided protection for the path. The installer removed water damaged tile and wallboard, faucet and shower head, as contracted. He took all the old damaged stuff out. He built a support for the faucet, because there had not been one, and installed the faucet. He cut the walls to fit, and installed them. He installed the tubliner that was built/selected based on the salesman's measurements. He installed the shower heads, one fixed and one on a flexible hose, corner shelves, grab bar, soap dish and curtain rod. He caulked the corners of the walls and around the accessories. The whole installation from the installers arrival to his departure was about 6 hours. Overall, I was pleased with the result.

They had done a fine job, and we were quite happy with it. I would use the again in the future.

The work was good at first, but since then, I've had to call them back about 5 times to redo stuff, so I probably wouldn't use them again.

We were extremely satisfied with there performance. The installation went as planned they were on time and it went smoothly.

They were very good. I called them and had them come out and do a comparison. They had all these fancy designer patterns. The guy who came and did the measuring and stuff was also really good. We did have one problem and that was a washer that had been missing in the shower head. They had a show room right there on Nursery Road so they were able to go that. Not only did they give me a washer, they gave me a whole new shower head. They were very professional throughout the whole process.

THEY CAME OUT AND COMPLETELY PUT NEW FIXTURES AND TILES OVER THE OLD IN MY OLDER HOME AND MADE IT EASIER FOR ME TO TAKE CARE OF. COMPANY CAME OUT AND MEASURED ONE DAY AND PUT EVERYTHING IN THE NEXT DAY. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM.

THEY CAME OUT AND DID A FREE IN-HOME CONSULTATION. THEY DID ALL OF THE WORK IN ONE DAY. THEY OFFERED DESIGNER COLORS AND A FULL LINE OF BATH ACCESSORIES. THE WORK CAME WITH A ONE YEAR GUARANTEE AGAINST CRACKS AND JOINTS. THEY TURNED MY OLD DINGY BATHROOM INTO A BEAUTIFUL LOOKING BATHROOM.
