Convenient Auto Cleaning

I really hate to write this negative review. Marcus is a nice guy and my experience started out great but did not end well. I was in a class over near BWI airport and asked a friend at the training center if she knew someone who could detail my car while it was sitting in the parking lot all day. She had Marcus' business card and said she had used him before. I gave him a call and he could do it that same day. He gave me an estimate of $200.00 for my SUV. I asked what was included and he said "everything from top to bottom, wash, wax, windows, tires, and complete interior." Marcus and his crew came out and got started. When he was done he asked me to come out and check over the SUV. Everything looked good, I paid him and he left. Once I got home and my husband and I were looking the car over, he looked up at the sunroof and saw that the glass was dirty. He got his step ladder out to clean the glass and he noticed that the roof of the SUV was dirty had not been washed or waxed. It was very obvious because when you rubbed the backside of your hand over the sides and hood of the car, it was smooth and silky. When you rubbed your hand over the roof of the SUV it was dirty with no silky feel. The next morning I got a text from Marcus "checking to make sure everything is good with your car." Great I thought. I texted him to tell him about the sunroof and the fact that I thought they had forgotten to do the roof. I did not hear back from him all day. I texted again and asked if he was going to respond. His response was "I am so disappointed to hear so many complaints." Wow! Really! I was expecting something like "no problem Jackie. I'll stop by and we can check it out." And I told him so. His next response was "maybe they missed the roof but I told you the whole car should be buffed." Yes, you did tell me that at some point the whole car should be buffed, but right now I'm just trying to get the roof cleaned and waxed, which was supposed to be included in this job. I got no response after that. How hard would it have been for him to stop by and look at the roof? His is a mobile detailing service after all. He could have rectified the issue easily and made me happy. Instead, he left me feeling very dissatisfied and unable to recommend him. It's a shame!

Marcus came out to the house to do the detailing in my driveway, had everything needed in his truck, even the water. Did a great job, would definitely use again.

Their customer service was superb as they want each customer to be satisfied with the work they perform. They bring all the cleaning supplies, equipment and even water. This is a convenient way to have your car cleaned by a reputable company.
