Had the car for way too long. They had her vehicle from January 2017 to August 2017. They did give a loaner car to use 2016, and 2017

I don't have any problems with them. I would like to get the oil change cheaper but when I take the car in the do a 60-70 point check. I give them an A down the line. They gave me everything.

Everything was fine, they are very good! Great facilities, they have a nice wait room with coffee and donuts. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a taxi service that will take you home and pick you back up when you have work done on your car. I've been very happy with them, this is the second vehicle I've purchased from them.

They're quick. I was in there for 45 minutes and I was in and out. They have a nice waiting area. The staff is okay.

They're an A for quality and that's why I go to them.

We were NOT happy how this phase went at all. We were told NOT to invest any time to this dealership.

The service center added my aftermarket exhaust, intake and led light kit. The also preformed a standard 10k.

Dealership had a Ford Ranger truck I was interested in. I checked the Carfax, and it had an unusual history--one registration/service event in Maryland State followed by another registration/service event in Washington State (not Washington DC, Washington State). I asked them what the story was. The response I got back was that the previous owner was in the military and had to commute between Maryland and Virginia for work. That clearly doesn't speak to the traveling-across-the-entire-continent question I asked. 
I understand that a dealership may not actually know the back story of a particular vehicle, because oftentimes they come from auction. But I wanted to ask on the off chance they did, and also just to test their integrity. The answer I received back, which was clearly fabricated, threw a red flag for me. I emailed the guy back saying his explanation didn't make sense, and didn't even sound true based on the Carfax report.  He did not respond.
I started digging a little deeper, and it appears from the Carfax report that the vehicle was actually sold by them, but then returned less than a month later (Carfax doesn't explicitly say that, you have to read between the lines--it was offered for sale by the same dealership twice within the same month, and there was a registration event after the first sale). That prompted me to look them up on Better Business Bureau. Sure enough, what did I find--an F rating, and a complaint filed around the time this vehicle was originally sold by the dealership, per the Carfax report. 
Judging by their reviews on Google, I thought they were an ok dealership to work with. But looking closer, you can tell most of them are gamed reviews. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the reviews on this website are also gamed. 
After deciding not to deal with them, I heard back from the sales consultant that originally emailed me the fabricated story, asking if I was still interested. I told them that no, I definitely was not still interested, and I had already emailed him back before. Neither of my last two emails got a response. And then to beat all, I got junk mail from them, which I had to unsubscribe from.
Stay away from this dealership, folks. It's obviously a crooked dealership in the business of lying to folks, gaming their reviews, and just generally being shady to make a few extra bucks.

They were able to get me in on a short notice and take care of that with no problem. I needed them to look at and repair one of my tires but I ended up actually replacing all my tires because it was good timing to get them replaced. It was for a truck and so they were a little bit more expensive than typical tires. They were pretty flexible on making the appointment and getting the tires. They had to order the tires. I go there all the time because of their quality and reliability.

I brought in a coupon issued by Toyota for a 10% discount on parts.
The parts clerk looked at the coupon and quoted transmission fluid at $6.33.
I had called a Waldorf MD dealer and got a quote for $4.99....but was in the area and thought I would just buy a case of fluid at the Leonardtown dealer.
I told them the price was out of line, that the other dealer quoted the $4.99, he said "Well it is $6.33 here".
It was pretty obvious that he didn't want to honor the 10% coupon, which I picked up again and walked out.
The Waldorf dealer later honored their price and discount for a case.
