It went great.

Terrible. ServPro is UNRELIABLE, UNPREPARED, CARELESS and UNPROFESSIONAL. They sent someone out to the house to see what had to be done and I gave their representative the grand tour of what needed to be completed before the movers came the next day. The representative assured me that they would complete the job before the movers were scheduled to arrive. The workers showed up about 20 minutes late. One worker started sorting through things inside while the other started pressure washing the furniture outside. Apparently one of the workers had an aversion to dogs, did not feel well. ServPro could have provided their workers with a mask or something, but the workers arrived unprepared. They knew about the dogs ahead of time and the dogs were not anywhere near the workers. Next thing I know, I receive a call from ServPro saying that their men were leaving the job site and they were not going to send anyone out to complete the job in time. Both men abruptly stopped their work and left. Mind you, this is at about 9pm on Friday night, the movers are scheduled to arrive the next day and I had to be out of the house by Monday. ServPro left me high and dry. I had to scramble on Saturday to try to find someone to complete the work that I hired ServPro to do. I ended up having to take "unscheduled" leave from work which could have cost me my job. The workers that did show up were not very good at sorting and cleaning, either. They were careless with my belongings.
