+ -1 moreEstimator was timely and thorough - walked the house, counted vents and surveyed the state of the ducts. Cleanly explained what was included in the estimate. The technician who showed up to perform the work was timely, friendly and very professional. Worked around family and pets without any problems. Would definitely use again and recommend to others!

Description of Work: Whole house duct cleaning. House has main floor, second floor and basement. 2 zone HVAC. All of the ducts, vents and intakes were cleaned. The service man first came to inspect the system and give an estimate, no pressure was applied to accept the service. The process of cleaning the duct and furnace were explained in depth. Serviceman arrived within the time that they gave us. He was very professional, and again explained what he was doing. Spent approx 5 hrs cleaning all of the ducts and furnace and was very respectful of our home and nice to our dog. The house no longer has that dusty, musty smell to it that it had before the ducts were cleaned. Would highly recommend this company.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I had to tell them to do some other stuff. They were supposed to have tracked the water where the damage was done, which means that they would have had to take out another bathroom floor and a piece of wall. They would also have had to take out a cabinet and the toilet so that they could get the nasty flooring out. The insurance company took care of the pricing. I was not happy with the quality of their work. They were pretty responsive and called me back right away when I called them. They were here when they were supposed to come. They answered my questions well.
Description of Work: We had water damage and Servepro of St. Mary County dried the place out. They also removed some sheet rock and sprayed some chemicals on the mold.

They were slow to respond. I emailed them back with a question about it, and they never responded.
Description of Work: They gave me an estimate for mold removal on a house that I was interested in remodeling. Estimated cost: $ $100.00.

Called this company on a Friday night at 9:30 pm, and they were there in an hour. Discovered a water leak on the second floor of the home which had leaked down to the first floor. They worked for 3 hours, got all the water up and brought in dehumidifiers and fans. They did a very thorough job drying out the house over the next few days and cleaned up everything. I would call again in a nano second.
Description of Work: Water clean up: carpets, rugs, furniture, flooring, and crawlspace. Insurance company paid the bill so I am not sure what the cost was.
