The entire process went exceptionally well from the initial estimate to the final delivery at my new residence in another state. The staff at Quality was always very professional, the estimate was right on as far as what the final costs would be, and the entire contents were delivered with only a few minor scratches which were immediately processed as soon as a claim was filed. From the initial meeting with their representatives until the final delivery they were always available to answer any questions and even took me through their facilities to show me where the furniture would be stored while I searched for a new home. It was quite a relief to know that the contents of my home would be safely stored for what ended up being an extended period of time. Regardless of how many times I had to extend the storage and delivery dates, they were always very accommodating in rescheduling around my settlement date. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of moving and storage professionals.
