Terrible. It was a two day move. When we met, the person in charge showed me a sheet of paper that listed references and assured me they would do a good job because they rely on word of mouth. They were also good about accommodating a last-minute delay in the schedule. They did make me pay upfront, though. The first day every thing seemed fine.. but the second day was a disaster! The workers decided to take an unusually long lunch break (they said they'd be back by 4 pm to complete the job). That was OK with me as long as they completed the job that night as agreed. When they returned from their break, things changed. One or two of the workers seemed ok, but the other workers were rude (even to my young child), impatient, careless with my belongings, sloppy when packing fragile items (so sloppy that even the child noticed), left about ten large boxes of my belongings inside the old house (one large box of my belongings was even left outside the old house), left priceless irreplaceable items outside the old house on the ground (only to be ruined by the rain). Their unpacking was very unorganized and unprofessional. Items were broken. They did not even leave a path for me to get to the kitchen sink or refrigerator at the new house, not to mention put the items in the right rooms or assemble the beds correctly if at all. The person in charge was supposed to meet with me afterward to make sure everything was moved as agreed but did not even call me or visit to see the mess the workers left behind at both houses. The person in charge from the beginning did not even return my calls. I made the mistake of paying in advance. After repeated calls to this company with no response, I had to hire others afterward to actually complete the job that I hired (and paid) this company to do. So the move ended up costing more than the $1800 that I paid to this company. When loading the truck, the workers did not even tape some of the boxes closed. I wonder now how many of my belongings went missing... and months later, I still haven't heard back from the person in charge. I definitely would NOT recommend this company.
