WINTERS HEATING & COOLING

Two technicians cleaned 56 years of dust and dirt from my parents ventilation system. We were amazed and shocked to see the volume of crud that they pulled from the ducts and furnace. Mr. Winters and Mr. Morris (just three days on the job) did a thorough job vacuuming the ducts, washing the vent covers, sanitizing the ventilation system, explaining how the filters work, recommending what type od filters to use, how often to change them, as well as, informing us that this sort of job should be performed by a reputable company EVERY 7 YEARS!. The guys moved furniture when needed and made sure they put shoe covers on every time they entered the house. I thank God for taking care of and protecting my family over the years. I thank Winters Heating and Cooling for sending two professional employees who care about people and the work that they do. My sister was very pleased with the duct cleaning service that Winters Heating and Cooling provided for her and now my parents and I are very pleased with the service that they provided for them.

We actually skipped a couple of years, but we've been using them since they put in our unit in 2009. We've never had an issue with them and they installed our unit back in 2009, so we've just been sticking with the company that installed the unit. I think $300 is the yearly price.

That is the first time we've ever hired anyone for air conditioning; this is our first home. Everything was great. It went well. They also dual-zoned it, so they split our system up so that we can have separate upstairs and downstairs control.

We've had some issues with birds getting into our system. They've gotten birds out for us. It didn't cost anything because we were under their service plan. They either came out the same day we called or the next day. They were responsive to our issues and they were very helpful. I would grade them an A for everything.

I was interested in getting a router to control the temperature of my home from anywhere I may be. They quoted me the incorrect price initially and also told me I would get a rebate from my supplier of electricity, but that was not taken care of by them. The contractor had to handle the paper work for this particular rebate and that did not happen effectively. When they apologized about not submitting the rebate I asked to speak with a manager and that still has not happened. I'm waiting to see if they follow through with the six month service as well. I was pleased with the installation, but the mis-information is unacceptable.

They arrived when they said they would and the install went fine. One thing went wrong, they gas heat backup could not be completely installed on the original date, but since it was April and not January that was no problem.

They were quick, efficient, clean, fit our schedule, courteous and did an overall good job for us. I felt they were a little pricey but we've had no trouble since. Mention the coupon if you have one!!! I forgot to.
