T. N. Bowes is a highly professional company that provides excellent service both for installation and maintenance of HVAC systems. Prior to signing our contract, they did a thorough survey of what we needed to heat/cool our house. As a result we upgraded to systems with higher tonnage capacity and higher SEER ratings because the old systems did not provide the performance we desired, especially in the summer. We were very satisfied with the installation service and the new systems perform significantly better and more efficiently than the old ones. The difference in technology between the new and old systems is amazing.

Our existing heat pump quit after 21 years.  TN Bowes had installed it in 1993.  The repair tech told me that the damaged part was no longer made, but offered to have the support group search for it on the internet.  Since we had planned to replace the heat pump soon - just not yet! - I opted for an estimate on a new system.  The estimator was prompt for the appointment and very informative.  Although there was an option to finance the work, we opted for a discount, which brought the price into the range of other companies' products, and the options for installation met my criteria (no support work on my part).  As he saw that we had no heat in our house except space heaters, he worked to get us an early appointment for the installation.   The estimator accompanied the installation team as they started work.  They removed the old system, installed the new one, and showed me how easy it was to use the thermostat.  Since we were also in the middle of having siding replaced on the outside of our house, they told me to call when that was complete so they can install a cover on the lines to make the installation more attractive.  Assuming that this system even comes close to the dependability of the one it replaced, this was a good job.

He actually did a nice thing, he found the problem and he fixed it for all of nothing because it was just a minor part but while he was there he did some other stuff...very customer friendly.  He is very friendly even my two dachshunds like them.  He was very nice, polite, and conscientious.  He took his time even though it was really hot and charged as a minimum amount.

Excellent - they were very responsive to making an adjustment to the location of the drain pipe for condensation. I have dealt with this company for well over 10 years and they have always been very helpful, are highly professional, on time, their pricing is reasonable and I have never had a negative experience with any of their employees.

The service has been pretty good. We have been with them for years. They have been here when we needed them. I have never had any problems with them.
