We first used Premiere Renovations and Construction to replace all 17 windows and a sliding glass door with Simonton windows in our 35 year old house.
We were so impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail from Chris Neitzke and his co-worker that when we had Custom Kitchens of La Plata design our new kitchen, we used Chris as the contractor.
Chris and his crew removed our old cabinets, appliances, sheet-rock, etc., and hauled everything away in no time. They hung and painted new sheet-rock and did a beautiful job installing and hanging our new cabinets and crown molding perfectly. They also installed new interior doors and replaced our pull down attic stairs. The knowledge of construction and quality of work from his crew was outstanding and we would absolutely use Chris again. We would definitely give an outstanding recommendation to Premiere Renovations and Construction.

The overall experience was horrible. They were nice guys and you would have thought skilled craftsman, but in fact they were less than skilled.
