Key to plastic tank install is that it must be leveled properly. This was not done. On inspection of the septic for sale, it failed inspection because it wasn't level. Straight from the inspection report, "When lid to the 2nd chamber was opened, the discharge baffle was under water. There was water in the riser tube. Tank needs to be re-evauluated by a septic company." Tried repeatedly, leaving messages on the business phone, to contact J&W Excavating to evaluate and repair the septic tank to no avail. Had spoken to J&W Excavating (had to leave messages twice before call was returned for a routine question a month or so earlier). Even after sending someone multiple times to the business office, no response. Had to hire another company with an excellent reputation (Eugene Copsey) to excavate and level the tank. To be fair, there was no warranty on the original install, however, even if a new repair charge was necessary (would have paid that - had to pay to have the septic repair anyway), you should still return calls from customers.
