Hancock team was punctual, very professional, courteous and efficient. They answered all our questions with great patience. Price was excellent. We will use this company again without any hesitation and will recommend them to friends.

It turned out excellent. They come out twice a year and I have a service contract with them. It's $230 for the annual contract, which entitles two visits. They were on time, they're neat, they know the unit. They're an authorized dealer for Trane, that's the unit. They installed it originally. They honored warranty for parts and there was no question about what was covered or what wasn't. They're probably a little high on pricing.

They are an excellent company. I have had them for five years. I have a maintenance agreement with them. I pay for it by the year and I get two visits. The cost is $239 a year. Last year, I did have a leak and the unit was still under warranty. They gave me top-notch service. The part was under warranty and they discounted the labor.
