Mortgage Companies
Mario did a terrible job communicating with us regarding documents he needed. He went back and forth with what he needed and was extremely inconsistent. He did not listen when we told him the best way to reach us. He had no professionalism at all and was not able to get the necessary documentation completed in time for us to close on schedule. The day we were supposed to close on our house Mario stil was sending paperwork out for the loan. Plus he did not answer our calls the day of the settlement and has still not made any contact with us. We were scheduled to close an hour ago.
