 + -1 moreMario did a terrible job communicating with us regarding documents he needed. He went back and forth with what he needed and was extremely inconsistent. He did not listen when we told him the best way to reach us. He had no professionalism at all and was not able to get the necessary documentation completed in time for us to close on schedule. The day we were supposed to close on our house Mario stil was sending paperwork out for the loan. Plus he did not answer our calls the day of the settlement and has still not made any contact with us. We were scheduled to close an hour ago.
Description of Work: We worked with Mario Blautzik who is at the 600 Jefferson Plaza location in Rockville, MD. He was an absolute disgrace. We were supposed to close on a house today, but Mario and the underwriter he was working with dropped the ball completely and we do not even know when we are going to close now. Mario was terrible communicating what he needed and was not clear at all. He kept changing the information he was asking for and left many items until the last minute which is why we were not able to close on time. I have never had such a terrible experience working with someone who should have been a professional.
