Adriani Brothers Construction worked hard for our business, and they were agreeable to incorporating additional verbiage into their contract that we requested. They were patient in working with us to coordinate the demolition with the expected completion of cabinets being made by an Amish cabinetmaker.
The kitchen demolition and renovation was started on June 4th, and the project was completed mid-August. Mike and Tim went to work and removed all kitchen cabinets, appliances, flooring, and the wall between the kitchen and family room within just two to three days. I was amazed how quickly they were able to gut the entire area. They brought a trailer and filled it with debris and took it to the dump. They cleaned up the work area every day. They coordinated all electrical and plumbing work, and performed all drywall, carpentry, framing, trim work, and painting. They also installed all appliances and under-cabinet lights. They were always receptive to our input, ideas, or occasional requests for changes. They often made good suggestions for features or for solving problems.
Tim and Mike were great at coordinating and working with our subcontractors. This included the Amish cabinetmaker, the flooring company, and the granite company. They always made sure everything was ready for the subcontractor to do his work. They even went above and beyond their contract when the Amish cabinetmaker's driver canceled on him. They were as excited as we were to see the cabinets installed, so offered to pick up the cabinetmaker, his helper, and the first round of cabinets. What a sight that was, seeing them driving their truck with two Amish dudes in hats sitting with them as I passed them on the road heading off to work!
Mike and Tim were always very patient, personable, and professional. Tim is a good communicator, keeping in touch regarding the work status. They even went with me to help select the window and french doors for the remodel. They were responsive to any request we made and were respectful of our property and pets. We had no hesitation allowing them access to our home when we were not present. We think they are very honest and fair.
Although we were a little disappointed with how long the project took to complete, we are very happy with our new kitchen. Some delays were out of our control, like waiting for the cabinetmaker to complete the last group of cabinets, and waiting on the delivery of the window and doors. The kitchen turned out beautifully and people cannot believe the transformation.
We have already had them come back to do some smaller jobs, and we would definitely use them again for future remodeling projects (modernize bathrooms?). We would not hesitate to recommend Adriani Brothers Construction.

New to the area Washington/MD area. Was referred to Michael/Adriani Brothers through word of mouth. Was told they did quality work. Purchased weekend home and bath needed a total gut. They gave me an estimate in early July and advised that the work would begin around the 25th. They ended up starting work on the 24th. They gutted the old bath and took all the old debris with them. Overall it took them a day to gut the bath and repair some plumbing before the new vanity and tub could be installed. One of the most important things for me is that contractors clean up after themselves. They cleaned up as they went and never left a mess. They had the bath done within about 5 days. The tile work was nice. I had mini crown molding put in as well and it came out nice. They are good woodworkers. Overall I had a good experience with these guys and will use them again for a new deck/pergola in the spring. They do nice work and the price was reasonable. Thanks
