+ -1 moreStaff is helpful and friendly. I go to gym in the middle of the day so there are no issues with crowded facilities. It is a small place so could get crowded at the most popular times.
Description of Work: I have been a member since December 2006. I have used cardio and weight equipment several times a week, starting in 2005.The club has a number of group activities for the members.

+ -1 moreIt is a small gym, but the equipment is up to date. Their RPM (cycling) classes are very good. The employees are approachable and willing to help you anytime.
