These windows were equal to or better than competitors. In particular, Thompson Creek and Anderson Windows. We received quotes from those companies that exceeded $56,000.00. The quality is impressive. They are double-paned, argon gas filled, low E windows and 2 sliding glass doors. Professional, courteous, meticulous and extremely pleased with their work. All my neighbors come by and want to know who did the work. They were constantly concerned about cleaning up after themselves.

Description of Work: I had a contractor who purchased windows from Vytex Corp. for us. So I can not comment on how the company would do installing the windows. I can say the windows are great though! When our contractor said he recommends Vytex Fortis series windows more then any other. We purchased 18 double hung windows and 3 slider windows. I was looking for the most lighting rather then energy efficient but, with the Fortis series I got both more light and energy efficient at a reasonable price. The only reason I gave a B for responsiveness and punctuality is because when I ordered the windows it took longer to get then expected but, it was around the holidays. If you want great windows at a reasonable price I would highly recommend these windows!!!

Description of Work: thisFinish product is good. High pressure sales we were 1st quoted $12,000.00for eight windows and a sliding. then told that they have a one night special for $6,000.00. Installed did a good job on the installion, but were not very careful of how they did it. they threw the old window on to a flower damaging some rose bushes. The scraps of metal trim were just drop on to hard wood floors and carpets had he steped on thisit could havw cause major damage. the window do work well and the house is quieter. I have taken the temperature of the inside and outside glass and there is amajor differance. is part of window nation. |
