I have been with them for about a year. I like them because the previous company that I was with which is Comcast have new services and new prices. I also got better personal service with Verizon.

While I know that I could get cheaper service elsewhere, I like getting everything from one provider. However, my costs keep going up, but it would be too much of a hassle to change.

Their customer service is little bit difficult when I call but otherwise it's fine. The service is good. It doesn't go out often. I would recommend them. The technician who came was nice and seemed knowledgeable. There was nothing horrible.
