He was quick, efficient and clean. He is always pleasant and does a great job! We have been using him for 10 years and always discusses the problem with us before coming out to the house. He also installed a new unit for us about 4 years ago to replace a 20 year old unit and it has been working perfectly ever since.
I would highly recommend him.

A/C was out on a hot friday. Told Tom we could make due. Saturday morning we get a call, and he asks if we will be around in the afternoon. He came out on the weekend and took care of us. We have mostly used Ebaugh in the past and are very happy with his expertise, honesty and promptness of service.

He was cheap, good, and thorough. He threw in some duct work for us. We had contracted him to redo the duct work. He had great ideas and suggestions, tweaked the projected accordingly and didnt change the price. He met all the energy efficiency standards.

We contacted Mr. Ebaugh at about 8:30 am. He arrived at about 10:30 am. He investigated the problem and performed the required work to restore our heat. He finished about noon. Mr. Ebaugh is a very courteous and professional person. This is the third time he has performed work for us. Twice he worked on the heat and once he extended duct work. He explains the work thoroughly and is very patient with any questions.
