 + 2 moreHis name is Dave Souder. I was not happy with his work. It was very poor work. I believe I probably could have done a better job myself. When I saw the errors in his work I showed him and I told him how to fix them. He fixed them per my recommendations. The railing on the staircase on the front porch was at a different angle than the staircase. It really looked like a high school kid did it. I was pretty upset. He is associated with a property management company and that is probably where he gets most of his work from. I got some other estimates and he was in line with other contractors. He is a nice person and he fixed the things I told him to fix. He hasn't been responsive when I tried to reach him. He didn't get back to me for days. My experience was not very good and I would not use him again. He speaks well and acts like he knows what he is doing but the work did not show that.
Description of Work: I used Souder Builders to replace some countertops and he did a front porch replacement and a deck replacement. Each of these jobs was done at a different period of time. He did a bunch of other tiny jobs too.
