Car Washes
I have used this car wash for 2 company pick up trucks for the past 3 years. One of the trucks is my personal company truck as the owner. This car wash was pretty good up until about 6 months ago when I started having problems with their attention to detail and I guess this is also when they came under new management. There are many names of car washes at the same address online and at the BBB... During the most recent wash of my truck the entire side of my truck was scratched during the dry offprocess. One of the human dryers had dirt on his rag because my truck was still dirty and the entire side and rear of my truck is scratched in the clear coat badly. I along with a local detail and paint shop am hoping that a detail / buffing process will remove the scratches from the truck. It is probably going to cost me around $200 to get the scratches squared away...
When I returned to show the manager, Daniel Powell is his name I believe, what I had discovered happened to my truck during the wash he immediately started yelling at me saying they couldn't have done the damage. I asked to speak to an owner and he said he is the owner and continued to yell at me even calling me a "cracker"... The appropriate thing to do would have been to say I'm sorry we will buff out the scratches and return the truck to you free of charge. It is 100% obvious to me and the detail / paint shop that I'm working with what happened and that the damage was performed by one of their employees.
I immediately cancelled my monthly relationship for both vehicles with this company. I have been unable to locate the current ownership to try and get compensated for the fix.
Do yourself a favor and do not use this car wash. Others have experienced the same problem with their current management!!!
