They were very bad, I would never use them. He is in Laurel, MD. He overcharged us -- we even had to go into court with them. It got pretty bad. At one time he had quoted us one price, then the next thing we knew we were being charged an exorbitant amount of money. He did not finish the work properly. He left the yard in a mess and did not fill in the hole properly. When we went into court he brought people into court that said he had come to our home. He had lied in court. So we ended up having to pay because he brought these people into court that did not even come to our house. But we could not prove that they had not been to our house.

"We are located in Laurel Maryland so how did we end up doing work in Florida?"

They arrived on time, cleaned up and finished ahead of schedule.
The first day they cut the drywall and exposed the pipes.
The second day they cut and installed pipe from the input to the hot water heater, the kitchen, both outside spigots, and the laundry tub. They made sure that one bathroom and the kitchen sink was available when they finished.
The third day they did both upstairs bathrooms.

$625
The plumber arrived 3 1/2 hours later then I expected, with no phone call letting me know they were running late. Was told a price of ''$225 for the faucets'', when paying the bill I found out it was $225 for each faucet. I was charged an additional $175 to remove and replace a sink, because it was easier to get to the faucet that way. The worker did not clean up at all and made a general mess of the areas he worked in. No towels or anything down to catch dripping water. I paid $325 to the plumber after work was complete and thought that was a decent price. He called the next day and said he charged me the wrong amount and came by to collect a new check for $625, and gave back the other check, which seems high. I was not very happy with the service provided and would not recommend this company to anyone.

"We have never gone back to any customers home to collect additional money after payment has been made. Also, we always give a four-hour window for our appointment."
