"I find this review extremely inaccurate and disrespectful. We take pride in our work and our professionalism. This was the first email you sent us: B [Member Name Removed] < > Fri, Nov 1, 8:57 PM to me Hi Ash I would like to do only last item (master bedroom with closet hallway and bed room with closet) that costs $3, 356 for 510 sf. Ft. Please send revised quote. The color and quality of hardwood must match with existing bedroom and existing carpet must remove. How long it gonna take and when is earliest date you can start? Bipin This was the email that I received from you prior to the installation date. The measurements you gave were what was on the contract (rounded to the nearest box for a total of 520 sq ft) and the amount that was installed in your home. All of this was agreed upon prior to the contract being signed, material delivered and installation scheduled. There were no boxes remaining after the installation was complete. After the fact, you wanted to try and change what the square footage of your project as detailed below: B [Member Name Removed] Tue, Nov 19, 10:31 AM to me Good morning Ash Thank you for sending your team to correct decencies yesterday. Attached is the actual measurements of hardwood floor installation at *** The total area of new hardwood installation including 5% wastage is $457 Sq. Ft. Please give me credit of remaining area per contract. Bipin And our response: PriceCo Floors Nov 19, 2019, 11:02 AM to B Good morning Your contract and square footage including waste is 520 square feet. This is what you signed and agreed to (per your signature) prior to your installation date. 520 square feet is the amount of material (rounded to the nearest box) that it took to completely cover your project. If we would have gone with your attached measurements, your job would have been short. Prior to the signing of the contract we discussed this, which is why the square footage was on the contract and why you had to agree with it prior to the installation date. There will be no credit issued."

"Good evening Ms. [Member Name Removed], Thank you for your review. During my first site visit to your home, I met with your husband who showed me the addition and during that time I pointed out the many extreme imperfections that were visible to the naked eye within your subfloor. I told him at this point, as a company, we do light patching at times, if necessary, but your subfloor would need a lot more leveling that what our company offers. (You would need to pour concrete over the entire floor to make the subfloor even). Your husband explained that the leveling of the subfloor fell within the scope of work your contractor and you had agreed on, and told me it would be done before we arrived with the floors. However, when we arrived the subfloor still had imperfections, so we patched some areas to the best of our abilities (2" drop off from the master bedroom to the addition) before installing your product. When you purchase a floating vinyl floor, we always explain that the floor will mimic the imperfections of the subfloor, which is why you were given four different flooring options at the time of the estimate- 3 of 4 were glue down options that would better secure to the uneven subfloor. Never was it part of your contract to level your subfloor and the patching that we did do was done at our expense. I visited your project after the job was complete and your husband was nothing but excited and complementary about the floor at the time of that visit. The only complaint I ever heard was several months later when you emailed me to say that you felt the floor bounced in some areas, which I again explained was the nature of a floating floor when it is installed over an uneven subfloor. I fulfilled every aspect of our contract with you. The only thing I did wrong was not walking off the job when we saw the subfloor imperfections and trying to fix it- but then your review would be negative because we walked off the project. However, if you aren't happy with your subfloor, the nice thing about floating floors is that they can be removed and reinstalled quite easily. If you want to arrange someone to fix your subfloor, we can reinstall the floor for you once your subfloor is level to perfection at 50% cost. Finally, I want to just take a second and address the point you made in your review where you stated I like to argue negative reviews. We are a family business that has been built by hard work and literally everything I have. My family depends on this business and just because I am explaining my side of the story, does not mean I am arguing. Just like with anything, we run into problems occasionally, but we always try to fix them, to best of our ability, and not let it get to this point. However, I can't fix a problem if it is not in my service area."
