I worked with Craig Smolen and was very satisfied with his services. The best things I can say about him are: 1. No surprises. The numbers were the same at closing as originally promised; 2. He was very organized and kept things on track; 3. His quote was better than the general market including my own bank, Bank of America. Craig performed as promised.
