I will never be using this collision center again and will be warning every single person I know or see with car damage to stay away. I was involved in an accident on 11/30 in which I brought my car to Ourisman Collision Center to repair. Upon arrival, I showed them the back end of my car (damaged from being rear ended), my seat belts which were completely locked and broken from impact, my passenger seat which was broken from impact, etc. My car was scheduled to be completed on 1/3 however they found more damage and pushed the date, then found more damage and pushed the date and continued to do so to the point where we are almost three months from the time of the accident and my car is still not completed. The insurance company would not give me a rental car after 30 days post accident as the car should have been completed therefore I have not had a vehicle for a month and a half. I have been speaking with the manager, Mike Leary, multiple times a week and have explained my situation however his only response is that the car is still not ready due to whatever new excuse there is that day. Finally on 2/11 I go to pick up my car (which is still not completed and missing a part - they wanted me to come back once it arrived to have placed in my vehicle) and I was completely speechless when I saw my car. The floor in the trunk was significantly lower than it was previously and I had to google a picture to show Mike that I was right as he said that was how it is supposed to be - I shouldn't be able to see the mechanics underneath my passenger seats. There was dust all over the inside of my car and the BIGGEST kicker of them all is there were STAINS all over the brand new passenger seat which took three weeks to receive and install (they said they didn't know it was damaged until late January even though I specifically showed them it was broken when I dropped it off) and KETCHUP on the floor of my passenger area rug! I have never in my life dealt with such complete negligence and horrible customer service. How on earth are there food stains on a brand new seat and food on a carpet that is clearly fresh? Needless to say, I did not take my car back and requested these new damages be fixed. The complete disrespect of my vehicle and situation is unheard of and I am still in disbelief that a company would take advantage of someone in my situation. A lawyer has been contacted and I will be pursuing legal action.

I had an Odyssey Van that ran for 300,00 miles and they took great care of it. They were honest, would tell me what needed to be repaired and what needed to be put off. They have always been very professional. I was so impressed with their service I ended up buying a new car from them.

On the sales experience: I'll lay an "F" on them there. I ended up having to pay a fine for my cheques, because they were supposed to fix- in fact they told me specifically that they were going to take take of the insurance,but- cause I said I was going to do it but they said " Oh, no, we will take care of that" and then about 6 weeks later I find out that they didn't and I had to pay a fine to the state. And then I went in again for repair and I was just looking at a car and they said, " Oh, you want to drive it?" I said no, I dont want to buy it, I didn't want to drive, but they talked me into taking a drive. I didn't want to buy the car. so they said "Go talk to the sales manager here." So I walk to the sales manager, he has a contract written up handed it over to me to sign, to buy a new car, that I didn't ask for. Thats not too good. I told him I brought my car for repair, They did the brake, Nah, I took it to get my oil changed and he said, "The back brakes are almost worn, they dont need to get replaced right now but they are almost down." So I said go ahead and do it, you know 'cause I was going on vacation. The brakes were working fine, on my trip they started acting up, instead of fixing the brakes they messed it up and after a while to took them some other place and got them fixed correctly they'd done it wrong and had to replace the motors and everything. I won't be going there again. I won't be buying a car there again. I bought a Honda. They weren't very responsive during the sales thing. A lot of silly dates for no reason whatsoever. It was a walk in.

No problems with service. Got the best price here when I bought my Honda Accord. The only glitches: Wanted my CC info and refused to switch tires to another standard set, which was understandable as I made the request after the purchase.

I had a good experience at Ourisman. They performed the 20k mile service on my Pilot and rotated the tires for a a good price. My car still runs like new and they're helping keep it that way. I plan to continue going there.

They presented the price of my new car without accounting my trade-in but made me think they were. they never deducted my $4000 from the sale price of the car. I signed the paperwork thinking I was going to get the value of the trade-in taking off the final price of the carl.

There are many people on staff who help provide services, and their billing is clear and reasonable. They are great at communication - I just got a thank-you letter from them!

The overall experience was good. I used edmunds.com to submit quotes to multiple dealers, I corresponded back and forth with the internet sales manager several times throughout the day, and we finalized a price of just under $25 on the road, including everything. The price was right when I got there and the process went smoothly. They did make us sit around for about 3 hours which was a bit annoying because we didn't need to test drive and already had the price down. We were also handed off right away from the saleman we were dealing with via email to someone else, but that wasn't a big deal. The most annoying part was probably the pressure to purchase the extended warranty, which they attempted to frame in a million different packages and titles, but at the end of the day, it was still an extended warranty and convincing the guy I didn't want it was not easy. Overall, I'd assume this is typical from a dealer. I'd go back if the price was right - that's all that really matters to me.

In order to get to Ourisman Volkswagen in Laurel in the afternoon, I had to take a MARC train to the Laurel stop and then take the Ourisman shuttle to the dealership. I had to call for the Ourisman shuttle service twice (because they didn't show up the first time--after an hour!). By the time I got to the dealership, the body shop was closed. No one knew what was going on with our car and no one seemed to know who was in charge or how to find any useful information. Eventually, someone surmised that our car was not ready. No one called during the day to tell me that the car would not be ready.
So then I had to get another shuttle back to the train station, take the train to our closest stop, and take a cab home from the train station. All told, the afternoon commute time was doubled and we had the added cost of cab fare ($30). Also, I had to go through the same routine the next day to get the car.
Additionally, my wife was treated poorly on the phone when calling to discuss this situation with both the manager and the general manager/vice president.
The solutions offered were useless.
I would never buy another car there or have any work done there again. For that matter, the first 30,000 miles of service for our car was covered with the purchase but we would prefer to go elsewhere and pay the costs ourselves rather than return to Ourisman Volkswagen in Laurel.

The service is really good. My experience with them has been great. The mechanic I use works at this Honda dealership, and I can't really speak for the entire dealership because I just deal with him; I haven't dealt with anyone else there. I would use them again in the future.

absolutely terrible. They took twice as long as they estimated with no good reason. When it was finally done, it wasn't close to being fixed right. The vehicle broke down the next day. I had to bring it back 3 more times and it still wasn't fixed right. Their entire customer service staff was let go during my repairs which made it even worse. I reached out to the general manager who didn't bother to call me, he just forward my message to someone else.

i was a walk-in at 10am and they returned my car at 330pm Asked them to diagnose caution light and TCS light and A/C compressor noise. Also to reset maintenance light and put in code for radio. They charged 130.00 for diagnostic fee; reset TCS, caution, and maintenance lights. tested individual components and found no problems. but did recommend replacing a/c compressor due to noise. I was glad to know that the caution light and TCS light was not an issue, just lights needed to be reset. But 120.00 for reseting lights and just checking two or three individual parts is too much. it probably only took them about 30 minutes max to perform this work.
