They did an inspection, brought photos down, explained what was happening, and provided an estimate which was on the lower end because they didn’t front load the estimate for potential wood rot, which 2 other contractors did. During the repair job we added some scope and they were incredibly accommodating.
Description of Work: We had just bought a remodeled home with a new roof, but the roof leaked during heavy rains.

+ -1 moreI was terrified each time we had a major rainstorm for two months. The work has held perfectly with no water at all in the house. I am extremely happy and have already recommended McGraw Brothers to my neighbors.
Description of Work: I had some serious water leaks and damage inside and needed immediate repair for a balcony and I did not know what else. McGraw Brothers partner, Louis, came to make an assessment right away and put together a plan for the balcony sealing, did some flashing on the roof (without my asking) and we also re-pointed some of the mortar on the outside of the townhouse.
