+ -1 moreOne Sunday, we went upstairs to go to bed only to find water dripping heavily through a newly painted ceiling onto a newly installed cream colored carpet. I was due to leave in a few days for a trip, the weather was blistering, and we were without A/C. I called Maloney Aire in a panic on Monday and they came right out. Jerry Wilson had serviced our heating and A/C previously as I'd switched to Maloney Aire because of my dissatisfaction with another company. Jerry immediately recognized the problem and took care of everything efficiently and effectively. The weather was unbearably hot, but he was up in the attic checking and clearing that unit, and outside checking the heat pumps, and in the basement servicing and testing the furnace unit and humidifier. He managed all with skill, calm, quiet and confidence. I was completely satisfied and recommend Maloney Aire without reservation.
Description of Work: Maloney Aire checked my A/C, found water in the emergency overflow pan (which had poured through the ceiling). They cleared the pan and drainline, removed a running trap from the pan, and replaced with a straight pipe. They also cleaned the filter, cleared all drains and checked operation of the units and turned off the humidifier. Jerry checked everything before he left, we had A/C back on during one of the hottest spells of the summer, and I was very grateful for their prompt and efficient service.
