The cleaning went well. They showed up on time and cleaned everything noted in the deal and more. I was worried the renters had left my shower so bad it would have to be replaced but they got it clean and looking new!

I was truly amazed at the great job Luciana’s team did. They were very thorough and I appreciated them showing up when promised. Everything sparkled when they were finished – the kitchen, bathroom, etc. and I loved the attention to detail they gave to every area they cleaned. I will definitely call on them again and highly recommend their service.

The floors were clean, but I was surprised that only those rooms were able to be cleaned in that amount of time. I checked the shelves after the session and they had not been dusted in the living spaces. For this amount of time and money I could have easily done my floors for half the time and money. I expected the surfaces and shelves to be dusted and they were not.

Luciana was very helpful, send two ladies to do the cleaning. They were extremely thorough and finished in about 2.5 hours, just as Luciana had predicted. They were thorough, did not chat, and worked very diligently.

I was looking to have my large home cleaned and was on a tight time schedule due to an upcoming event. Luciana was very responsive to my request. I spoke with her about the Angie's List deal for in-depth cleaning up to a 3500 sq. ft. home for $329. Most cleaning deals are for homes up to 2500 sq. ft. and don't include ovens. My home was larger than the deal and I knew it some places needed extra attention so I purchased, even though the price wasn't the best advertised. Luciana was able to schedule me within a week of my call to her. Her two helpers arrived at the appointed time, with Luciana arriving very closely after. I had the paper towels and trash bags available for them to use. Otherwise, they come with their own items. I left and received a text about 4 hours later that they were finishing up. I arrived and inspected their work. It was very thorough! Luciana left before I arrived, but told me that she'd pointed out to one of the ladies that she needed to go over an area better. She asked that I look at it to make sure it was acceptable to me. I really appreciated her attention to detail, which is often overlooked for "just good enough" service.

It went great. If they were to run the special again I would certainly purchase the deal if I needed it.

Wasn't too bad. Was pretty good. Two workers came out and they were ok.

Everything went very well, I was truly impressed with the level of service provided by the cleaning staff including the attention to detail. I will surely hire them in the future.

The ladies including Luciana is an excellent job. I was so pleased I actually tipped them on top of the fee. My floors have never looked better. And there was a lot of attention to detail. They cleaned the inside of the refrigerator and it was spotless.

I've used them a couple of times. They're very good.
