The technician was prompt and thorough. He found problems that had not been addressed by our previous supplier. The repairs will make our furnace more efficient. Also, the oil delivery service is has been timely. We haven't run out of oil before delivery.

Outstanding customer service. I can't say enough good things about this company. Scott answered the phone right away and came over the same morning to replace our rusted oil tank. We had no heat because our current company dropped the ball. So thankful that Laurel Fuel Oil and Heating saved the day and we have heat again!!! I was very impressed with their customer service and knowledge. I highly recommend. They even charge less than our current company.

Their people were very friendly and helpful. We received the service when promised.

Man who came to clean the burner left a bit to be desired but all was resolved upon contacting the main office. Main office was prompt in getting to the bottom of the matter, courteous & efficient.

I entered a contract with Laurel Fuel for my oil delivery and furnace service about a year ago. When i switched to Laurel Fuel (after being with another oil company for 17 years), I first discovered that the price for Laurel's oil was less expensive than what I had been paying with the other oil company. I also discovered that the cost of the annual service contract with Laurel Fuel was so much less expensive than the other oil company. Then, today, I had my annual furnace inspection and cleaning. Tim (technician, Laurel Fuel) did an absolutely outstanding job. He did a meticulous, extremely thorough inspection and cleaning and demonstrated great skill and expertise in his work. (I saw parts of the furnace i had never seen before because he was so thorough.) He also cared about the quality of his work and wanted to make sure I got the best and most reliable technical support and service. (I now also realize that the "annual service" my previous oil company had been providing over the years was no better than "a blessing" followed by a "goodbye".) The other thing i found with Laurel Fuel after a year is that I feel like I am a part of their family. They are caring, concerned about my well-being and are very fair in all respects. I am extremely thankful that there is a company like Laurel Fuel and grateful that they are now a part of my life.

Very simple and straight forward.  The gentlemen arrived on time.  Since my basement is carpeted, he put down paper to prevent staining the carpet.  He showed me the work he had performed, and gave me some tips for ensuring my furnace works well in the future.  Couldn't be happier!

It went great. They removed all old stuff and took it away, placed our new three ton unit on a stand on a concrete base with sand underneath. The furnace unit in the house was neatly installed and they cleaned up well after. We have used them many times for service of our oil furnace and air conditioning at our church. Their timeliness is exceptional and professionalism is top notch. Their job with the new Air Ease unit at our house took only six hours.

The technician came for the tune-up, was friendly and knowledgeable and spent 3-4 hours fixing up our very old and previously neglected boiler/oil burner.  He walked me through what he was doing, answered questions with obvious experience, and had no problem staying the entire afternoon to get everything working just right.  
The thing that impressed me was that i had apparently signed up for a flat rate service so all of the time and replacement parts were included in the fee (maybe $160?) except for the oil filter.   The tech said he really preferred those plans because he could replace anything he needed to without worrying about the price (and he did).  Apparently, the work is also guaranteed and they will come out to repair any problems on the oil burning side of my furnace (problems with the radiator's or water are outside of their scope).  He then gave me several tips to maintain the radiators so we wouldn't have to worry about that.  
All that said, we are burning oil at a prodigious rate! This stuff is just very expensive (in general, nothing particular to Laurel).  I'd highly recommend them -- apparently it is a family owned business that has resisted efforts from other companies to buy them up.  I called on Sunday to schedule an appointment and the owner answered on his cell phone from an event with his kids.  Talked to me for a little while to be sure it wasn't urgent.  Very nice and personable.

I was looking for a small, local company which I found in them. They have a great reputation and customer service. Their service plan was less expensive than others we had looked at and the customer service was better as well. The price per gallon is set by the market, but I found that the bigger company I called added an additional charge per gallon to that market price - making Laurel Fuel Oil slightly cheaper for oil than their large competitor. 

He spent quite a bit of time on this, as we were moving from Griffith Energy to this company, and I think they wanted to make sure we were hooked up. Prepared for some fuel, we'll see how the season goes.

We don't have any problems with them at all.  The interaction with them was fine, and the quality is good.

The first time they did a very thorough cleaning but they did not handle all the problems. The second time, they replaced a lot of fuel lines. Both times, they replaced a lot of parts. I think they had a difficult job because we had a near catastrophe in the house here. So they really had to spend a lot of time and go through things very thoroughly. They have one guy named Scott who is very thorough, very knowledgeable and whenever I call, he is the guy I ask for.
