Mr. Keene and his Team provided excellent service from start to finish.They were professional, respectful, efficient and hard working. They arrived early morning to survey the work and began promptly without stopping to rest, then drove 3 hours to reach our destination. Loading and unloading sevaral heavy items in this heat wave was not easy! In addition, my load was actually more than I had estimated. Mr.Keene didn't argue over his fee but worked with me to make an adjustment. I would definitely use K&M again!!

They kept the time they stated that they would be at my Apartment. And they did a great job of moving me to Maryland from the District of Columbia.

K & M was very professional. From the beginning, K & M was the only company that came out in person to give us a quote. Malik talked us thru the move and offered great moving tips to help us prepare. On the day of the move they handled our furniture with great care while working fast and efficiently. We will definitely be using K & M in the future for any moving needs. We would highly recommend anyone who needs a moving company to use K & M.

They were extremely careful in the protection of my walls as they moved my bulky bookcases. Also, they were very good during this pandemic to protect me and my family

The team was punctual, efficient, and friendly! Pricing was competitive with other quotes I received. Honestly, of all of the steps involved with buying, renovating, and moving to a new house, this part was the easiest thanks to Malik and the entire moving team.

I was hesitant at first when deciding to hire a moving service due to horror 'stories' I've heard of other people's experiences with moving companies. Well, this service was awesome! I moved from one county to another. They arrived on time and worked steadily from the beginning to the end. They were fast, efficient and very professional. They had a great sense of humor and worked together well as a team. I was blown away by their ability to quickly load all of my 'stuff' onto their truck. Not one item was damaged. Their fees were far more competitive than other moving services that I'd called. I really appreciate their service and expertise and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to hire professional movers at a reasonable cost.

I was absolutely pleased with the service I received. The team of movers that moved me were courteous, helpful and extremely efficient.

Scheduled time for 9:30 AM and showed up on time. The crew had on tee shirts identifying them as part of K&M moving. The surveyed what had to be done and then efficiently do the job. Very pleasant to have doing the work and would not hesitate to contact again for of moving services.

Malik, the owner, reached out to me shortly after I submitted my request. I remained in good communication with him through scheduling and after the move was completed. He was professional and provided excellent customer service. The evening before the move Ed, with the actual moving team, contacted me to confirm when he'd arrive in the morning. There was some miscommunication about the number of stops included in the move, there were three total locations the items needed to be delivered to including Goodwill. The additional stops weren't a problem, Ed was receptive and made no issue about it. The day of the move the moving team arrived on time and got right to work. They moved multiple, bulky furniture pieces in less time than it would have taken me to think about moving just one piece. They are efficient, professional, courteous, and didn't stop moving until the last item was on the truck. Ed even took a moment to ask me how I located K&M, why I chose them, if I was happy with the service thus far, and to thank me for giving the company an opportunity (asking those quick questions is how you get customer feedback & keep clients). Through all three delivery stops the service remained the same, the efficiency remained the same. Sometimes you have concerns when you're paying for service by the hour but at no time did I think they were doing anything to slow the clock down. They were working to get the job done and it showed. And, as you would hope, all items made it safely including two large mirrors they protected themselves with blankets. ** Would I use K&M Delivery Moving again? Of course. ** ** Would I recommend K&M to others? Of course, that's what I'm doing right now. ** ** Did K&M meet my expectations?
