Jiffy Lube is what it is - a quick oil change. It's hard to trust them when they talk fast, and want to discuss important business with you over loud noises in the background. It's alright. I'd probably go back in a pinch to have them do my oil change again. But I'd prefer to go to the dealer, just because they know more about my car brand than they do. Especially when Jiffy Lube doesn't have a part, or makes you go somewhere else in order to finish the oil change. (They were out of my air filter, so had to drive to get one). Chairs are uncomfortably close to other customers. No decent TV or updated magazines to read while waiting. I wouldn't trust the free coffee, looks older than dirt. Bottom line is that I'd go somewhere else, but this place is convenient, and good enough if you just need a quick oil change.

This shop is pretty good and I get most oil changes done here. They can be a little crowded, so I try to go during the week when I have time off work. My one serious complaint is one time I let them change a burned out turn signal bulb, and they used a single filament bulb instead of a two filament bulb. It caused intermittent problems, and I finally had to go spend $100 at a full auto mechanic shop to get it fixed. Clearly jiffy lube's guy didn't look the part up in the book, just thought he knew and put the wrong one in. After that I don't let them to anything but oil and oil filter, or other fluid changes, but they are good at that, and I still go back there.
