I specified a certain size sofa, and the salesman steered me to expensive models. I found much cheaper sofas on my own, using my tape measure. He was hesitant about giving me the marked-down ticket price, saying he had to check it. The sofa arrived after about six weeks, as contracted, and the moving company was on time and friendly. The sofa is OK, but two of the cushions are lumpy-they did not smooth the ''stuffing'' out before zipping close the slipcover. Also, in the lower back edge the fabric is attached to the frame with ugly, crooked, obvious staples. Since this will back against the wall, it will be hidden. But the staples are sloppy, cheap work. On my old sofa, all the edges and seams are tucked out of sight and smoothly finished in a welt seam.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME USING THEM FOR HOME IMPROVEMENT, BUT I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND WORK. I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN AND REFERRING THEM.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE KIND OF PRICEY, BUT I WAS SATISFIED AND PLEASED. I WOULD PROBABLY LOOK AROUND MORE NEXT TIME BEFORE USING THEM AGAIN. I WOULD REFER THEM, BUT WITH CAUTION ON THEIR PRICING.
