IDEAL TILE

The salesman offered a discount on the tile we were purchasing. There didn't seem to be a retail price, because he was making up the price. The salesman came to measure the bathroom, and he ordered the tile. The tile was not delivered on time, and my installers had to reschedule. When the tile did arrive, I was one box short. Even after the salesman measured and ordered the tile, we were still short. I also received a different type of tile in one box. When I returned the wrong tile, the company said I took the wrong tile. I was told I would have to order and pay for the additional tile, even though I had already paid for the tile. I complained, and to my surprise the tile that took two weeks to order was actually in the back room. He tried to resell me the tile I already paid for. He would not have had the tile in stock, because it was a special order item.
