Apartments
We love the place, but we're having an incredible problem with mold right now. The mold is very dangerous for the new baby. They have been working on it for six months. They replaced our drywall. We were told that they are working on it. The apartment above us has some leaks somewhere. We don't know where they are, but our wall is wet. We have had water pouring out of our light fixture. It could cause a fire or electrocute someone. We put a bucket underneath it. I have been living here for four years. We love the property. The apartment is big. The price is fair. They told us a couple of times that they were coming, and they never showed up. If they can fix this problem, I will definitely keep renting from them.
