He is just terrific and wonderful.

Excellent advice and service. Have used H&C for years and have always found them to be highly competent, trustworthy, and pleasant to deal with.

Replaced gas furnace and AC unit. Very professional. Their service and front office staffs are very good to deal with, also.

Repairs were made quickly. Recommendations given on what to look for and how to prevent it from happening again.

Pretty well. He spent a lot of time checking the thermostat wiring which turned out to be ok but quickly diagnoses the transformer and replaced it with a part brought with him.

I would use them again in the future.

We are considering using them for a gas conversion.

We did that because we wanted someone to check our air conditioner. We do not have any problems. We just use them twice a year.

Very well! My system at my place of Business had an issue, the Owner, Brian came out personally to explain options. He was very professional, clear and concise. He made me aware of new ;laws regarding Freon and what new systems will have versus the old. Very professional, not looking to just find problems, TRUSTWORTHY!

After a long day - Vicki and Gary really pulled through for me. I had been without AC for almost 24 hours but didn't call in right away as a tech was scheduled to visit this morning for another issue. When he came I told him about the blower fan and he said the office would call. It was several calls back and forth and Gary finally showed up after 5:00 and fixed the problem - YAY!!!!!

They did a terrific job. Mark Know is fantastic and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything. One of his sons and another man installed the unit and did a great job. We use him any time we have an issue with our HVAC. They even reinstalled a heat pump for us. He gives good advice and he's not in a hurry to sell us anything. When I call into the office, everyone is so helpful and are willing to get you connected to Mark if you have a question. It runs very smoothly.

Top notch in every way! Throughout, I thought H&C's personnel were very knowledgeable, very competent, and most importantly demonstrated a high degree of integrity. I am very impressed, and I don't say that lightly. I appreciated their efforts.

I have been a customer of H&C for over ten years.  I have always been quite satisfied with their service; however, these calls have been mostly only semi-annual maintenance visits. This was the first time that I used them for a major repair - the blower motor in my 17 year old A/C system stopped working after a recent storm.
I called H&C and they told me that a technician would not be able to come for two days due to the number of storm related outages and priority being given to customers with medical issues.  I was not overjoyed with this answer, and even less so after the technician examined the A/C and told me that I would need to replace the motor and that it would take several days to secure the part.  My initial annoyance notwithstanding, after checking with several other HVAC companies I discovered that H&C was in fact the best choice.
I called several other similarly Angie's List A rated HVAC companies.  They all told me that due to the recent storms it would take a few days to schedule a visit.  They also quoted me prices that were at least $500 more than H&C's price; one A rated company quoted me a price that was twice as much as H&C's, with additional charges for labor and other repairs that they suggested might be needed.  
H&C has now completed the repairs as initially diagnosed and to my complete satisfaction.  I recommend them highly.
