Very well. I had an appt., arrived early, car was taken almost immediately, and completed in less than 2 hours. Very, very pleased with the shop at this Chevrolet dealership. Used it for my last car, and was so pleased that I opted to purchase my present car here just so I could continue to use their auto shop.

Bought the car (a Pontiac) from Fox in 2000 and returned for all service work since. Lately, every time we went there most of the service advisors were new. The last few times we had work done there we got the feeling that they did not want to be bothered with our business, maybe because our car was old and not made anymore? Anyway, the advisor had always at least called back in a timely manner with work to be done. The work was always expensive, but we expected that at a dealership. We continued to go there for the consistency. The last time the car needed tires and an alignment, we dropped the car off in the morning before work. By late afternoon we still had heard nothing, so we called and they had not even looked at it. That would have been okay but the advisors attitude was poor, again the best way I know to describe it was he didn't want to be bothered. There was no way we were dealing with that attitude. Despite the fact that we have spent many thousands of dollars there over the last 13 years, they still charged us the standard and quot;inspectionand quot; fee - the charge that you pay if you don't end up having any work done.

Previous repair was unsuccessful, so I took the car back. It was re-assigned to a senior mechanic. He correctly diagnosed the problem as an internal engine problem, which is a difficult repair. It was fixed free of charge, on warranty. This mechanic did an awesome job. The car was in horrible shape but is now running great.

It has been an excellent experience. Service is prompt and courteous. I can't say anything but good things.

They did not have the part in stock so I waited all day for the repair. The car was not running well when I left the shop and was making a lot of noise. A week later I took the car to another mechanic for scheduled maintenance and also asked him to diagnose the engine noise. The mechanic informed me that the oil sensor had been disconnected. Apparently Fox "fixed" my engine oil warning light by disconnecting it. Sounds dishonest to me. I am never going back.

THE OLD PUMP WAS REMOVED AND THE NEW ONE INSTALLED. NEW POWER-STEERING FLUID WAS ADDED. THE OLD BRAKE PADS AND SHOES WERE REMOVED AND THE NEW ONES INSTALLED. THE NORMAL MAINTENANCE WAS PERFORMED.
