We had an outdoor outlet that didn't work. Lo and behold, within ten minutes of arriving, Carlos saved the day (and taught us something new about how our house is wired). We greatly appreciated his speed and service, and will definitely use him for future home projects!

Carlos was excellent! They were very fast to reach out and were at my house two days later. They were meticulously clean, on time, and communicated everything to me very clearly. They gave me a price upfront that was per service not hourly which is amazing. They finished in about four hours with a quick trip for supplies. They even helped me drive around the neighborhood looking for my dog that dug out from under the fence while they were here! (He made it home safely) We will certainly have them back for future projects!

While preparing to move into my (inherited) parents' house, I experienced some troubling electric issues. Unsure of what was wrong, I had Carlos come for an inspection. He uncovered several problems with the home, that had likely been there since the house was built in the 1970's. He patiently explained the implications of problems. He has a great wealth of experience and expertise in the field. Both he and his assistant did a great job on the actual work, checked in during the day on progress, clearly explained the costs, and cleaned up after themselves. If I need any work done in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to call him.

I hired Father and Son Electric to replace the electrical subpanel in the garage. What started as a small job became a big job. Carlos informed me that the subpanel and the wires from the subpanel to the main panel was not up to code and the outlet for the dryer was not tied into the correct electric panel. Carlos replaced the electrical subpanel in the garage, ran the correct wire from the subpanel in the garage to the main electrical panel, ran a wire for the dryer to the main electrical panel, and replaced the outlet outside on my patio and cleaned up after finishing the job. I highly recommend Carlos. He tells you what you must do, what can wait, and his rates are reasonable. I will definitely hire him again!

Carlos and his colleague upgraded my home’s original 20+ year-old electrical panel with the addition of several arc-fault circuit interruptors and whole-house surge protection, and also ran wiring from our attic to install ceiling fans in three upstairs bedrooms. Carlos’s quote for the entire job was by far the best of the four electricians I contacted (all with A ratings on Angie’s List). The job was done well and all residual debris was carefully contained with pre-hung plastic curtains and was promptly cleaned up before leaving the premises. I would hire Carlos again in the future and have recommended him to neighbors who are also looking to upgrade their panels.

Carlos did an amazing job in October 2020. He replaced the old panel, installed new circuits, diagnosed and fixed issues of appliances on same circuit. He put the whole house up to code, 2 floors, for one of the most restrictive counties in the country. We passed the inspection with flying colors. He did all of this work with a smile and the outmost professionalism. I highly recommend Carlos, and I would hire him again any time.

Carlos and his assistant did a wonderful job at our house. I originally saw a deal for a Heavy-Up replacement panel and scheduled a visit. Carlos came over and gave me an honest opinion of what he would do instead of a Heavy-Up which was just an upgraded panel. He also installed 2 ceiling fans and upgraded a few outlets. Our house is performing better than before and my wife is insanely happy about the job that was done for the fans. I would easily recommend him to anyone. On top of all that, the price was the best. Carlos and his crew are amazing! They were very professional and polite. Carlos assessed the situation, explained everything to me and also made recommendations. He even went to Home Depot for me! After meeting them I felt comfortable enough to leave them in my home while I was at work and they worked for three full days on my job! They arrived around 7-7:30 each day and worked a full day each time. Carlos also told me I needed to add additional smoke and CO detectors in my home, which he volunteered to install for no additional cost. 6 new ones were installed altogether. They ended up doing some extra work along the way without adding to the original quote. I will 100% be calling Carlos for my camera installation in a few weeks!

Carlos takes his time in accessing the problem, so he can fix the issue. I initially thought I needed a new breaker, because all the outlets on one floor was out, but Carlos immediately told me that the breaker box was not the issue. Theissue was due to th fire alarms. We changed all 10 alarms with new 10-year alarms to be compliant with Maryland new requirements. The issue I was having has not reoccurred to date. I highly recommend thi company and Carlos and will definitely be using him again in thd future if the need arises.
