Erica has been cleaning my house for 3 years now, and she is truly outstanding. She always cleans the house perfectly, and I do mean PERFECTLY! I have yet to see her leave anything undone. Very importantly, Erica is also extremely accommodating. If I ask her to do something extra or something different from what would usually be included in housekeeping, she does it without hesitation and always does it well. She will happily do dishes, sweep the deck and porch, clean the refrigerator, and do anything else you need done. When I have company coming, she is happy to prepare the guest rooms for them. She even put my license plates on a new car. Now that's above and beyond the call of duty! Erica is also a very pleasant person with a good sense of humor. In addition, she speaks perfect English very clearly and is also fluent in Spanish. One of things you may be concerned about in a housekeeper is her honesty. Erica is totally honest. I don't hesitate to leave her alone in the house. That's important if you're hiring someone to clean for you. I might add that Erica works as an individual housekeeper. She does not work for one of the companies that offer housekeeping services. For me, that's another important consideration. When you hire a company, rather than an individual, you never know who will be coming to clean for you or what their background is. Others I know who also use her house cleaning service are equally impressed with her and rave about her just as much as I do. My previous housekeeper was no where nearly as good. She would regularly do a sloppy job of cleaning, and she was often surly and unpleasant. Erica does an excellent job of cleaning and is a very pleasant, helpful, accommodating person. If you need to hire or replace a housekeeper, hire Erica Brambilla. By the way, her married name is Loberto.
