 + -1 moreI liked her personally. She would create the design plan itself and then hire someone to come out and do the actual labor. But I never received the design plan that I paid for. I have a small sketch and some notes we made but not the actual plan she was supposed to give me.
Description of Work: She came and did a consultation for my front yard landscaping.
