Great! David responds to requests promptly and arrives at the job on time. He does quality work and is efficient and neat. Fees are reasonable and he is COVID compliant. He went above and beyond for a tile replacement project in my basement. Because of COVID, I was not comfortable going to a number of stores to find a tile compatible with one that had been discontinued. David brought samples of tile and grout from a number sources so that I could choose without leaving the house! I am delighted to have found a competent and ethical handyman!!!

David Rhodes did the demolition, and brought the old cabinets to be reused at the Loading Doc, as I had requested.  He came with me to order the new cabinets, installed the cabinets, and painted the walls. Dave supervised the plumber and electrician, and advised in choosing appliances, and ordering the granite countertop.  The result was a modern, attractive, versatile kitchen.

Dave was professional in his manner of communicating.  He explained things well, offering options for the many details being addressed, and choices needing to be made in a kitchen renovation.

When I wanted to purchase a refrigerator larger than the allotted space, he made various suggestions.  I chose to have an air conditioning duct redirected, and could get the size that I wanted.  I appreciated his ability to solve problems creatively.

I would recommend Dave for your next project.

I have not seen the walkway before or after the work was done so I don't know too much about how well the job was done.  Afterwards I was told by the property manager that the repaired walkway had been flagged as a code violation because the clean out cap could not be accessed and I had to pay someone else $75 to repair it.

The process went very well. Dave did a great job, both during prep work before, working with us during the process, and making sure that he satisfied us with the finished product. He was very courteous at all times, and communicated with us very well on the status of the project, as well as what the next step was. The attention to detail was very good, and very appreciated. We have already recommended Dave to a couple of people that know, and we would be happy to ask him back to perform work for us in the future...
