Plumbing
Stopped getting hot water from a 10 year old water heater. Called D&J and within a day or 2 they came out to check what was wrong with it. They replaced the thermal coupling. Diagnosis and repair took no time at all. They also answered additional questions on whether I needed an insulating blanket for the heater (no - my model had good insulation on it's own).
