I've used this company for about 6 years now and I am very satisfied with the service I receive.  They always call just before the quarterly treatment to set up an appointment and Andrew is always on time and very professional.  I will recommend them to others.

I had found some insects in my crawl space that I thought might be termites.  I emailed CW Termite & Pest Control to schedule a free inspection.  Heather emailed back confirming my appointment almost immediately. 

Charlie arrived on time (actually he was a couple minutes early).  Very nice, knowledgeable, and thorough.  He diagnosed the situation and instead of trying to sell me some expensive treatment, he advised I only needed to get another inspection in a year.  Didn't cost me a thing.  Will absolutely use them again.

I called another company, which used the 'bait' method, and CW Termite & Pest, who use the "barrier" method. CW's Willy was very thorough in his inspection. We went with CW, as the barrier method is less expensive and works more quickly. CW uses Premise 75, which gets good reviews. The service man came out a couple of days later and did the work, including drilling along the inside perimeter of the garage and next to the house on the front and back porches, holes about 18 inches apart (drilling because our house has a slab foundation). Then he put product completely around the foundation. It took about 3 hours. They warranty against termite damage. The whole process was easy.
One minor complaint: each rep pretty much disparaged the alternative method--bait versus barrier. This was the one bit of non-professionalism with CW, as the reviews are that both are pretty effective.

Willie was on time, knowledgeable and explained everything.    He could have easily told me that treatment was needed for the damaged areas but instead he told me what to keep an eye out for and that there was a past history of termites and nothing current.  Thank you CW Termite & Pest control for being honest, kind and helpful.  I will definitely contact them again!

The amazing thing is that, after finding evidence of carpenter ants and bees, Charlie advised that replaced the damaged boards on the exterior of the house would solve the problem with no pesticide treatment necessary!  Even though he could easily have convinced me that we needed to get rid of the pests before replacing the wood, he explained that that was simply not necessary.  (He suggested that when we replace the boards, we should spray inside with an ant spray and that would be sufficient.  I told him that I thought I should pay him something for his time and advice but he wouldn't accept any payment!  In addition, he was courteous, punctual and a true "old-school" professional,the kind you find too rarely nowadays.  I highly recommend this company.

This is the third time that we have used them and our church also uses them. We have been really happy every time. They also did termite treatment at our prior residence.

If they get delayed, they give me a call. They are very thorough. They don?t just treat, they look for every single thing and I like them for that. It is a very small family owned company. I know the owner and the person who comes out to do the treatment. They are good. They guarantee the job and I can call them as much as I need during treatments. I will keep using their services in the future.
