He asked me to help move some of the furniture on the floor. He did not vacuum before cleaning. He said he would suck up the dirt. After cleaning the carpet he took me through the house and pointed out areas that looked a little dark, but told me when the area dried, it would look the same. The area behind the sofa and around the wall and doorway entrances do not appear to have been treated. It took me a week to get someone to help me replace my furniture. At that time, I called the technician and told him I was not satisfied with the job he had performed. He promised to contact me the next day to schedule an appointment to re-clean the carpet. I have not heard from him.
