 + -1 moreMy husband and I contracted Stuart for the inspection on our new home. Boy, are we glad we did! The home we purchased is a flip with beautiful finishes, but the flippers cut corners, and there were some significant moisture issues. Stuart not only caught these underlying problems (which would not be obvious to an inspector with less experience), he also used his expertise as a builder to give us rough estimates for repairs during negotiations. Post-inspection, Stuart made himself available for our questions (and there were many, as we dealt with stubborn sellers). While the process of purchasing this home was quite arduous, Stuart was a bright spot from inspection all the way until closing. I would recommend him without hesitation!
