Great experiences.

It's due for service again. It's less than $100. I forget. They do excellent. They do very good work there.I think their prices are reasonable. I don't know how they compare with other places. We've been satisfied. I haven't had any problems.

Sometimes I think I have to wait to long because you have to make an appointment there, or you should anyway, I do make an appointment but sometimes I think "Why is it taking so d**** long since I had an appointment!" It's like you're going into a doctor's office. The dentist is always on time but the regular doctor doesn't know if your going to take 20 minutes or 30 minutes but I think Carmax is kinda like that.

They treat customers with respect and make everything very easy to understand.

They are great! This is the 2nd time I have bought a new car from them, and their service is always exceptional! I was able to set everything up on the phone, and the car was ready for me when I showed up. When I walked out, I had tax paid, tags on the car, insurance set up, etc.

It seems to be very efficient.

One of the reasons I did is, you can go online and you know what the prices are, there is no haggling, it's just a matter of going in and buying it. Maybe if I liked the haggling part of it, I wouldn't do that. What had happened with this most recent one, they said they didn't have a car in stock. This was a little unusual. Usually when I went there for things, they seemed more responsive. This person didn't seem to be very interested in finding a particular car we wanted because they didn't have it in stock. That's unusual though because my overall experience with CarMax has been very good. That's the place I'll stop the next time if I need to buy a new car.

They could be more thorough during service. They told me I needed new tires after I had picked up my car. Also, they didn't have my tire size in stock. Their pricing seemed to be a little high too.

I love their prices. Toyota is very cheap, I would call it reasonable. The problem there though is that, obviously with our little one, they don't always have a bunch of loaner cars. Getting a loaner out of them is extremely difficult and getting updates throughout the day on the status of the vehicle is problematic. When we have a little one in daycare, holding my car hostage until four o'clock doesn't go well. Every one has always been very nice. We never had our problem in terms of customer service. That's the only knock, getting updates, if they need to get a part in from their warehouse and a car loaner availability. On the whole, we've been very happy. Their customer service people are very nice and very understanding. The car is usually done, it's just a matter of playing phone tag. The waiting room is pretty nice. They actually did a remodel a couple of years ago so it's a pretty nice area.

Went fantastic. My sales rep, Richard Ittner, was wonderful. He walked me through the entire process. I set an appointment to come in and he took care of everything and answered all of my questions. This is my second purchase with CarMax in Laurel, MD and have been completely satisfied both times. Would definitely recommend them to anyone buying and or selling a vehicle.

The service was fine.  They are at a convenient location.  They have a very nice waiting area with free Wi-Fi and coffee.  They always complete the work promptly and efficiently.

Service department was very helpful with purchase of wiper blade replacements for 2011 Camry.  Service tech Nitish Sethi even installed them without any charge and was very professional.
