We had to wait a long time for the Gas Co. to install the line but once that was completed they completed the project. They do not have their own plumber so we have had to wait to have the gas line hooked up in the house. Since we are using the air, getting that done right away was not a priority for us. We added several steps along the way and they were very cooperative. Ken inspected the crew's work and redid one small part that he was not satisfied with. They even put our old air conditioner in at our son's home for a reasonable labor charge. They are a small company and may not be able to do the work as quickly as a larger one would but we were VERY satisfied with the outcome.
