I paid them to clean my gutters; horrible job. At one point one of the guys was hanging on my roof from a rope held by the other guy. They broke off one of the gutter spouts, and did not repair it, and failed to clean the main to gutters on the back of my home. I called to complain and it wasn't resolved. I also recently requested a quote to clean my windows, they texted me with a quote for over $800 to clean my windows? Your experience my differ, but in my experience it is my personal opinion you should be careful when considering hiring them.

Bright view is the best. Our windows are always spotless inside and out and they never leave any mess behind. Other than having windows that sparkle you would never know they had been here.

Michael was professional and worked very hard to do a huge job - he took great pains to ensure that all the windows with other issues were pointed out to me so that I knew why some panes would not come completely clean. Overall, excellent job.

The provider sent me a quote via email which I compared to other quotes I received for the same service. This quote covered a basic (1-yr warranty, ) or premium service (4-yr warranty), each including pre-rinsing & post-treating nearby plants and hosing down affected walkways. It was easy to make an appointment; I received a confirming email & a followup reminder the day before the scheduled appointment. (Note: it is not necessary for anyone to be home for the service to be performed.) Two technicians arrived as scheduled. While one set up for the service, the other prepped the area, including prepping nearby plants & temporarily relocating the deck furniture. This is not a "power wash" operation but a soft-washing technique using methods recommended by the 3 main shingle manufacturers, so as not to damage the shingles, themselves. When the cleaning was completed, one technician explained how the job went and what to expect, while the other post-treated the plants, cleaned the walkway & returned the deck furniture to its former location. I was more than pleasantly surprised to see all the soot-colored stains gone from my roof! Some minor color evenness remained which, the technician explained, would resolve itself over the next few weeks. They will return in a few months to confirm that has occurred & that the moss which was on the roof has fallen off. All in all, I am thrilled with the outcome and with this company, and their courteous, professional technicians who did such a fabulous job for me today!

The two cleaners arrived promptly as scheduled and did a very thorough and professional job. They took care to protect my carpeting by wearing shoe protection. My windows look better than they ever have. I can now better enjoy the great outdoors , from indoors!

We are putting our house up for sale so our house -- 15 years old -- needed cleaning / freshening.

I called the owner -- Mike -- this morning never expecting he had a cancellation and was able to do the work the same day.

He gave me a time of arrival and was considerate to call me when that time came to tell me he was running late. I really appreciated that call. He arrived shortly afterwards with 2 helpers: Steve & Danny. Mike and I walked around the house discussing the big job I needed. He gave me what I thought was a very good price. We agreed on the price and almost 4 hours later, he and his crew were finished. It is an understatement to say they exceeded my expectations! I never knew just how dirty my house was until I saw what my house looked like after they finished cleaning! My house looked absolutely beautiful. Mike, Steve & Danny were professional, nice and very thorough. I would recommend this company to anyone else in a heartbeat. Needless to say, I am very very pleased!

After some initial confusion about the start time things were quickly resolved. The staff who were assigned to our condo were efficient, professional, careful and thorough. They cleaned all of our windows and screens without leaving a single drop of water on the floors or window sills, which they also thoroughly cleaned. The windows absolutely sparkled when they were done. We have found our permanent window washing service.

My windows have never looked so good!  I was in need of a very quick turn around to have my windows cleaned and Mike was very accommodating.  I was impressed with the clarity of the bid.  I was pleased with how tidy the service technician kept things in the home interior.  The technician did a very thorough job both inside and out.  Mike has a top notch crew.  I will be using Brightview Cleaning again!   I highly recommend.

The price was right and they were highly professional and thorough. They provided an accurate estimate, performed the work in a complete and competent manner and were friendly and informative. We will plan to use this company whenever we need our windows cleaned.

Mike and his crew arrived on time, very professional, courteous and pleasant. They did a very thorough job, and went above and beyond our expectations. The windows sparkle and shine. Josias, Steve and Mike are great to work with, did a great job, and we highly recommend them.

Very punctual, professional. Verified quote and what i wanted to have done before starting.  Moved the furniture for me, explained all activities up front, worked consistently with few breaks. Excellent job done, windows and screens are spotless! Will use them again in the future.

Michael and his assistant arrived promptly as agreed on a Saturday.  I was pleased that they were willing to come on a weekend as it saved me from taking time off work.  Not all window washers are willing to work weekends.
From the very start, they exhibited tremendous attention to detail, first taking out all the screens and wiping down all the window sills.  Not every other window washer has done such a great job on the window sills.  All windows were cleaned inside and out to a gleaming shine with no streaks.  They washed the screens, which makes a huge difference for anyone who has not had their screens cleaned.  They finished the job in a matter of a few hours.  Last year my window washer canceled at the last minute and my husband and I spent both days over a weekend to do the job ourselves.  I was very pleased to have the job done professionally in a matter of a few hours.
Not only were Michael and his assistant extremely pleasant and professional, but they did a fantastic job and were kind to my two curious dogs.  I look forward to having them do the job again this fall or next spring.
